We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of Snoonu’s Fintech ecosystem - payments, wallets, billing, checkout, subscriptions, and everything that powers seamless transactions in our Super App.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Take full ownership of fintech design — from day-to-day flows to strategic journeys.
  • Set the standard for craft by designing, prototyping, and delivering polished experiences end-to-end.
  • Lead and support a small group of product designers (Middle and Senior) working in other product areas. Run critiques and reviews, give feedback, and help them grow.
  • Work with product managers and stakeholders to align business goals with user needs and make the right trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with our UX researcher and UX writer, initiate or join research and testing, use insights and clear copy to elevate your work.
  • Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, implemented smoothly, and look amazing in the app.
  • Contribute to critiques and cross-team alignment, keeping consistency high across the design team.
  • Use and improve Snoonu’s design system together with the team, supported by a dedicated DS designer.
  • Track results after release, measure impact, and drive follow-ups to improve KPIs

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • You have 7+ years of experience in product design, including working on complex, multi-service or high-impact products.
  • You’re strong in mobile app design and familiar with iOS and Android guidelines.
  • You’re a pro in Figma, comfortable with prototypes, components, and all the latest tools.
  • You approach problems with a strong UX mindset, and you also care about UI craft, paying attention to detail and overall aesthetics. An eye for micro-interactions and motion is welcome.
  • You’re comfortable using research, usability testing, and feedback to guide your decisions — sometimes hands-on, sometimes in collaboration with a UX researcher.
  • You’re great at explaining your design decisions and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and other partners.
  • You’re organized and proactive: you notice issues in processes and in the product, speak up, and suggest improvements.

✨ Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience designing fintech products (payments, wallets, billing, checkout, subscriptions) or contributing to design systems at scale.
  • You speak English fluently (B2 or higher).
