Ciklum is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to join our team in Ukraine on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a professional who will drive business process excellence across all Ciklum locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market practices, and internal equity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct salary benchmarking using external surveys and internal analytics. Develop and maintain salary ranges and pay structures.
• Support annual salary review and promotion processes
• Implement, and administer annual bonus and incentive plans. Ensure accurate bonus calculations and payout processes.
• Prepare Total Rewards analytics, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and update compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Monitor pay equity, internal fairness metrics
• Support communication related to rewards programs.
• Participate in the development of Compensation module in Oracle

Requirements:

• Education – university degree in Human resources or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards
• Strong experience with compensation structures, variable pay, and market benchmarking.
• Ability to work with complex data and compensation analytics.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and survey tools (e.g., Mercer)
• Experience with compensation modules of HCM systems (Oracle, Workday) is an advantage
• Advanced English
