A portfolio demonstrating strong visual foundations: layout, typography, iconography, color, and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Figma or similar UI design tools.

Basic understanding of mobile UI patterns (Android experience preferred but not required).

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Some experience working with or contributing to a component library or design standards.

Familiarity with prototyping tools and basic interaction design concepts.

Experience preparing design specs or supporting developers during implementation.

Interest in motion, micro-interactions, or icon design.

Exposure to working in agile or cross-functional teams.

Behavioral Competencies

Collaboration: Works well with peers and seeks input from others.

Growth Mindset: Open to feedback, eager to improve, and comfortable learning new tools and methods.

Attention to Detail: Cares about consistency and polish in visual execution.

User Focus: Approaches design decisions with empathy and clarity.
