Job Description:

Join Jack & Jill as the Founding Product Designer and take full ownership of shaping how users interact with the world’s first fully autonomous recruiter. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to design world-class experiences, thinking strategically, tactically, and aesthetically about interactions with agentic AI systems across multiple touchpoints.

What you will do:

• Build up the characters of Jack & Jill and ideate novel interfaces and industry-leading workflows.
• Prototype experiences across the product, from company onboarding to candidate hiring.
• Engage with candidates and companies to understand interactions, build empathy, and evolve the product and brand.

• Empathy-driven, highly productive, and able to deliver significant output each day.
