We are seeking a HR Assistant – based in CWB. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR processes and systems within the LATAM work model and will contribute to enhancing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and improving employee experience
In This Role, You Will
- Oversee HRMS-Hire to Retire processes to ensure seamless HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Provide expert support in HR operations specific to the LATAM region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making and process improvements.
- Support Learning and Development by integrating HR processes that promote continuous employee growth.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRMS systems for efficient reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain HR documentation and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support strategic objectives.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in Cognizant office in Curitiba, Paraná. What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced English
- Capacity to analyze HR data to drive process improvements.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR systems.
