The role
We are looking for a Project Manager based in LATAM to lead the rollout of Loyal Guru’s SaaS platform across mid-to-large multinational retail companies.
You will own the client relationship throughout the integration process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from start to finish.
🕓 This position follows a LATAM working schedule, offering flexibility and collaboration across international teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of tightly scoped, mid-to-large SaaS rollout projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks to ensure delivery meets contractual commitments.
* Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear and confident communication while building trust and credibility in multicultural, remote-first environments.
* Act as the main point of contact for client delivery, developing long-term relationships through empathy, clarity, and evidence-based communication.
* Conduct discovery sessions with clients (during presales or project phases) to understand business objectives and define delivery roadmaps with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Prioritize roadmaps based on business value and risk, enabling early releases and continuous delivery of value.
* Coordinate internal and external delivery tasks, driving progress and removing blockers
* Serve as the bridge between our engineering team and the client’s technical team, leading change management and ensuring fast problem resolution.
* Track project health with accurate reporting, including risk management, budget tracking, resource needs, and delivery outcomes.
* Prepare weekly and monthly project summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all project invoicing accurately reflects the resource and time invested.
* Protect project focus by diplomatically minimizing unproductive distractions or ad-hoc meetings.
Requirements
* Location: LATAM (remote-friendly position).
* Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish, English (C1) and other language is a plus .
* Experience: Proven experience in Retail (mandatory).
* Strong background in software implementation or integration projects, ideally within SaaS environments.
* Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
* Proficiency in project planning and tracking tools.
* Knowledge of PMBOK best practices (PMP certification preferred).
* Highly organized, structured, and proactive professional with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent relationship builder, able to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
