This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead product strategy and drive the entire lifecycle of nature data and sustainability products. By working within a fast-growing remote team, you will play a crucial part in expanding operations and transitioning from pilot projects to full commercialization. Accountabilities

  • Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature development from ideation to release.
  • Break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable product solutions.
  • Use nature and business insights to inform long-term strategy and short-term decision-making.
  • Apply analytical thinking to evaluate data, ensure accuracy, and support data-driven product decisions.
  • Understand user needs and personas to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, scientific, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Work closely with design to support intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced start-up environment, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to a culture of care, collaboration, and high performance within a remote organisation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a related scientific discipline.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to apply data-driven insights in product decision making.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across different functions.
  • Detail-oriented with highly developed organizational skills.
