Product Manager(m/f/x) – Hematology BeNeLux

(Fulltime / permanent/ Location: Mechelen, Belgium)


The Opportunity

As Product Manager Hematology, you will lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans for our hematology portfolio in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, patient-centric campaigns, drive multichannel engagement, and ensure commercial success. This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders.


The Role


  • Develop and implement short- and mid-term strategic and tactical plans aligned with Belux and international strategy.
  • Inspire and motivate internal stakeholders to execute marketing plans effectively and on time.
  • Anticipate and manage market changes through analysis of market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders, nurses, and patient organizations to support patient-centric initiatives.
  • Strengthen relationships within the tender market and contribute to tender preparation and execution.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with EU GDP/GMP guidelines and local SOPs.
  • Manage accurate rolling forecasts to guarantee supply reliability.
  • Monitor revenue and promotional expenses, analyzing ROI to optimize performance.
  • Support pricing and reimbursement strategies for new and existing products in collaboration with Market Access.
  • Lead digital multichannel marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction..


Your Skills and Experience:

Education:

  • Graduate degree required; postgraduate business qualification preferred.
  • Scientific degree is an asset.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Background in hospital business and/or orphan drugs/rare diseases is an advantage.
  • Digital marketing expertise.
