Role: Senior Business Analyst (Digital)

Experience: 6–8 Years

Location: Helsinki Hybrid 2-3 days per week

Language Requirement: Professional fluency in Finnish and English (Mandatory)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong technical mindset to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and innovative Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will act as a pivotal link between Finnish-speaking stakeholders and our technical development teams.

You will be responsible for deep-diving into customer problems, translating them into actionable technical requirements, and steering the delivery process within an Agile framework. Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Engineering: Facilitate workshops with Finnish-speaking customers to uncover core business problems. Translate these needs into high-quality documentation and detailed Jira stories.
• Agile Leadership: Drive the Agile lifecycle by leading Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing expectations and organizing impactful product demo sessions.
• Technical Design Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce developers and UX designers to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and user-centric design principles.
• Solution Validation: Ensure the final product solves the identified customer problem through rigorous story analysis and acceptance criteria validation.

Technical & Professional Requirements

Essential:

• Language: Must be fluent in both Finnish and English (written and verbal). Ability to conduct business meetings and write technical documentation in both languages is required.
• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within a digital or software development environment.
• Agile Mastery: Proven track record of managing Jira boards, writing comprehensive user stories, and driving Agile rituals.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to perform deep story analysis and simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Salesforce Ecosystem: Functional knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and technical design.
• UX/UI Awareness: A solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to guide intuitive solution design.
• Certification: Salesforce Business Analyst or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certifications.
