We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Product Owners at two levels: Junior and Manager. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the direction and development of products, ensuring that they meet both customer needs and business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to delivery and continuous improvement.

As a Junior Product Owner, you will be working closely with senior team members to support the execution of the product strategy. You will help gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and assist with backlog management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

As a Manager Product Owner, you will take full ownership of the product strategy and roadmap. You will lead and mentor a team of Junior Product Owners and collaborate with stakeholders across departments. You will manage product backlogs, define priorities, and ensure the team delivers high-quality products on time. Your role will involve balancing customer needs with business goals while continuously monitoring product performance and driving optimizations.

In both roles, you will contribute to the creation of a product vision and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. You will also monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance the user experience.
