The Project Manager Operations manages timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication across international stakeholders. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role that blends structured project leadership with effective reporting, risk management, and coordination in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Description
Project Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria.
- Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring tasks are executed according to plan.
- Monitor project progress and take necessary action to ensure successful completion.
- Build and lead cross‑functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects in an international environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business/management studies.
- Project management certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Strategic mindset with a strong long‑term perspective.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to make an impact in a fast‑growing organizational environment.
- Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills, paired with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, or other project management tools.
- Fluent in English (B2–C1).
- Willingness to travel.
