Position
We are looking for a proactive and energetic L&D Specialist to support our Learning & Development initiatives across various teams and locations. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team, managers, and subject matter experts to drive our learning programs, helping employees develop essential skills, competencies, and career paths. You will be responsible for coordinating key L&D programs, implementing and maintaining our LMS, and promoting a culture of continuous development.

Position
We are looking for a proactive and energetic L&D Specialist to support our Learning & Development initiatives across various teams and locations. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team, managers, and subject matter experts to drive our learning programs, helping employees develop essential skills, competencies, and career paths. You will be responsible for coordinating key L&D programs, implementing and maintaining our LMS, and promoting a culture of continuous development.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of learning programs: Develop structured learning paths and curate content to support skill development across roles and levels. Facilitate and coordinate online and in-person training sessions, ensuring smooth setup, participant engagement, and follow-ups;
- Administering the Learning Management System (LMS): Help implement the newly to be established LMS for the group. Oversee LMS content and functionality, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure that learning resources are current and organized. Monitor usage and completion rates, and generate reports to provide insights into learning trends and impact;
- Co-design eLearning content: Collaborate on the creation of eLearning modules for key programs, such as our Onboarding Program and internal hard-skills training;
- Support the annual performance management cycle: Coordinate with HR to provide timely communication, resources, and support throughout the cycle;
- Assist with the employee engagement survey process: Manage logistics, communication, and follow-up to support engagement initiatives and action planning;
- Contribute to the design of leadership development programs: Collaborate on creating and delivering leadership training to develop and inspire future leaders;
- Promoting continuous learning: Assist in creating awareness campaigns and communications for new learning programs, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster a learning culture within the organization;
- Tracking training effectiveness: Gather and analyse feedback from participants, measure training outcomes, and identify areas for improvement to enhance program effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Education, Psychology or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in a Learning & Development or Training Coordination role;
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms;
- Experience supporting annual performance cycles and employee engagement surveys;
- Solid organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Analytical skills for evaluating learning data and program outcomes;
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt in a dynamic and intercultural environment;
- Committed to promoting an inclusive and positive work culture.
