We are seeking an experienced Senior Network System Engineer (Security) to take ownership of complex IT infrastructure environments, with a strong focus on network security, stability, and performance. This role plays a key part in coordinating infrastructure changes, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, and providing senior-level technical expertise across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor upcoming IT infrastructure changes and coordinate closely with IT management, engineering, and systems teams.
• Lead and coordinate major infrastructure changes, ensuring solutions are standardized, secure, and supportable.
• Take responsibility for core IT infrastructure services, with deep specialization in network and security domains.
• Provide 3rd-line support for Active Directory, Servers, Storage, Citrix, and VMware environments.
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments.
• Install and manage routers, servers, network devices, and related software.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, security, and integrity to ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage physical server environments and server room monitoring.
• Administer and optimize VMware infrastructure and virtualized environments.
• Support and maintain Citrix XenApp and Citrix Portal platforms.
• Analyze network services, identify improvement opportunities, and produce technical recommendations and reports.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and continuous optimization of network systems.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, implement upgrades, and maintain domain security protocols.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Strong senior-level expertise in network engineering and security.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on expertise with VMware, Citrix, servers, storage, and networking technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technically, coordinate across teams, and ensure high availability and secure operations.
