We are currently looking for a DevOps / Cloud Engineer, in Porto, to join our team of passionate professionals and work in modern, dynamic environments focused on automation, cloud technologies, and production systems.

Your role

As part of our team, you will contribute to the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our platforms, working closely with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain production systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using automation tools such as Ansible and Docker
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud architectures
• Apply operational best practices for monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimization
• Manage and support Unix/Linux environments
• Monitor systems using service metrics and observability tools, proactively identifying issues
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment, scalability, and reliability
• Work with public and private networks, as well as on-premise servers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and automation

What we are looking for

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Ansible, Docker, and cloud-based services
• Experience supporting production systems and applying operational best practices
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation (AWS is a plus)
• Familiarity with service metrics and monitoring tools
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Bash or Python (Golang is a plus)
• Experience with public and private networks and on-premise infrastructure
• Experience operating container-based applications is a plus
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus
