Position: Product Manager - AI
Location: Remote | Portugal
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI product roadmap in alignment with overall business strategy.
- Partner closely with Engineering Managers, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to bring Machine Learning and Generative AI models from concept to production.
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Translate complex AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and continuously track product performance over time.
- Gather user feedback and analyze market trends to evolve AI-powered features.
- Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable outcomes and scalable value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience (or equivalent Bachelorās degree).
- Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI fundamentals, including model lifecycle, data quality, and evaluation metrics.
- Hands-on experience working with technical teams to deploy ML models into production.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning, predictive analytics, and agentic systems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
- Highly data-driven mindset with a strong focus on metrics and results.
- Experience working in agile environments, including backlog management and data-informed prioritization.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in collaboration with Engineering Managers.
- Experience in the corporate travel domain is a plus.
