The challenge
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our core product areas focused on Quality Management.
As BRAINR continues to scale, we’re spinning off a dedicated team to create a stream-aligned product team fully focused on the Quality module of our platform. This team will own the evolution of quality-related workflows end-to-end, from requirements and compliance to execution, traceability, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features that ensure food factories deliver top-quality products, with full traceability and compliance.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role, working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to transform complex industrial workflows into elegant, scalable digital solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Define the roadmap for the Quality Management domain, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead a cross-functional team of 3–4 people (Developers + UX/UI Designers) through clear priorities, iterative delivery, and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with industry experts, customers, and internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into intuitive and efficient software solutions.
- Identify and drive AI-powered features that significantly increase productivity, automation, and decision-making quality across quality management workflows.
- Ensure that our products not only solve today’s problems but anticipate tomorrow’s challenges in factory operations.
- Contribute to the product management culture at BRAINR, bringing best practices, structure, and curiosity to everything you do.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development or Engineering Management roles.
- Experience Leading or mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Quality Management workflows
- Experience building SaaS products or complex B2B systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn insights into impactful product decisions.
- A collaborative mindset, someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to inspire a team.
- Bonus points for familiarity with the food industry or manufacturing software solutions (MES, ERP, QMS, etc.).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
