Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join one of our client´s teams and taking the lead in shaping the future of platform configuration management and application lifecycle management.

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to create solutions that empower developers worldwide. You’ll dive deep into the technological landscape, applying your usability mindset to turn complexity into intuitive, scalable design.

Responsibilities:

Design and improve platform configuration management and application lifecycle management experiences.
Collaborate with R&D teams, engineers, PMs, and other designers to build scalable, user-centered solutions.
Conduct UX research: usability studies, user interviews, and persona development to understand developer needs.
Translate research into actionable insights, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
Drive conversion rate optimization through funnel analysis, A/B testing, and user flow optimization.
Use Figma to build and maintain design systems for UI consistency and reusability.
Leverage AI in the UX design process to accelerate research, ideation, validation, and testing.
Contribute to a culture of experimentation, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong experience as a Product Designer in complex SaaS or PaaS products, ideally with exposure to DevOps or Developer Experience tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, usability studies, and growth methodologies.
High proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to design systems.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as configuration management, monitoring, or troubleshooting.
Experience applying AI in the design workflow.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
Fluent English (spoken & written).

UX/UI Design: Wireframing, prototyping, interaction & visual design.
UX Research & CRO: Usability testing, funnel analysis, A/B testing, user journey optimization.
Growth Mindset: Experimentation loops, AARRR metrics, data-driven iteration.
Tools: Figma, Mixpanel, UserPilot, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
