We’re looking for a Casino Games Art Director to lead the artistic vision and execution of our next generation of slot games. We’re looking for a Casino Games Art Director to lead the artistic vision and execution of our next generation of slot games. You’ll be at the heart of the creative process — from shaping original concepts to ensuring every visual element aligns with the studio’s DNA and delivers a world-class player experience.
This is a role for a hands-on creative leader who thrives in visual storytelling, understands the dynamics of casino gaming, and can translate artistic direction into engaging, commercially successful games.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the visual direction for new and existing slot and casino games.
- Collaborate with concept artists, animators, UX/UI designers, and game designers to create cohesive and captivating visual experiences.
- Develop and present original art concepts, ensuring alignment with the studio’s brand and creative standards.
- Oversee art production, guiding internal teams and external partners through concept, production, and post-production phases.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to artists to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
- Support UX and post-production efforts to enhance player engagement and visual appeal.
- Contribute to the creative DNA of the studio, helping evolve its visual identity and artistic culture.
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Lead Artist, or Senior Game Artist in the casino / slot game industry (or related interactive entertainment).
- Strong portfolio showcasing slot art, concept design, or game visuals that reflect originality and player-centric design.
- Solid understanding of game UX/UI, particularly within slots or mobile gaming.
- Experience with post-production, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.
- Ability to work in English within a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Based in Spain (Barcelona preferred), or open to remote work within Spain.
