We develop wireless hardware and software solutions that replace traditional wired protocols such as DMX, DALI, BACnet and Modbus. At the heart of our offering is MiraOS, our patented adaptive frequency hopping technology, available as ready-to-use products, radio modules and software licenses for seamless integration into our customers’ products.
Your future
As our Project Manager, you will take ownership of project management within our R&D organization and report to our CTO. You will work across the entire company and collaborate with colleagues from all disciplines involved in product development, including electronics design, embedded software, product management, supply chain and sales.
You will interact with several development teams working on different product categories as well as our platforms team, which provides shared technologies across the portfolio. This means you will have a natural role connecting people, coordinating information and ensuring alignment across functions.
In this environment, you will contribute to shaping the next generation of LumenRadio’s products. The projects you lead will have a long-term impact on our success, with products used in demanding and prestigious applications worldwide. You will also play an important role in refining how we run projects by strengthening our methods, improving structure and driving iterative improvements.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will span the full planning and execution of product development activities, from hardware and software design to preparing new products for production. With part of our manufacturing located in-house in Gothenburg, you benefit from short development loops and close collaboration with production.
You will play a central role throughout the entire development cycle, typically 9–15 months, ensuring progress, managing risks and keeping projects on time and within budget. Your work will include coordinating laboratory testing, certification, measurements and verification.
Environmental performance is an increasingly important part of our product development, and you will help integrate sustainability aspects into the project work, including requirements related to EPD, material selection, durability and lifecycle assessments where relevant.

We Believe You Bring
- Relevant post-secondary education, preferably within a technical field
- Previous experience in project management, with knowledge of different project management methodologies
- Hands-on leadership with the ability to maintain pace and direction
- Exposure to hardware/electronics, for example through design, engineering, production, purchasing or technical project management
- Interest in sustainability, particularly how environmental performance can be integrated into product development; experience with LCA or EPD is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Swedish proficiency is highly advantageous)
