Scrum Master

For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will work with the Loan IQ team, a system used to support lending products for corporate customers. Loan IQ is a strategic application within the hub for Complex & Structured Corporate Loans. The team is located mainly in the Tricity area

We expect Scrum master to help to ensure progress, predictability and quality. Teams are a mix of internals and externals. SM is to work closely with Product Owner and the team to perform: planning, follow up, delivery, impediment handling, continuous Improvement.

SM supports the Technology Product Lead (TPL) which is an RTE with responsibility also for RUN the Bank in managing the Hub, and implementation of Ways of Working and tools.

Possible location in Poland : Gdańsk - this position requires an office presence of at least 60% on average.

Rate: up to 145 PLN/h + VAT

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive success through others
• Coaching mindset and facilitative leadership approach
• Hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks
• Experience in software development and understanding of the SDLC
• Relevant certifications are considered an advantage
• Fluent in English
• LIQ experience is a nice to have
