Technical Project Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the fintech sector or similar technology-focused fields.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), technical architecture, and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and other relevant software.
• Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the technology sector.

Job Description

• Performing project management activities including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling,risk management, communication and closing.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Preparing weekly reports including bugdet control, completed and pending tasks for following week, change requests, risks and the project completed percentage.
• Effective communication with proactive stakeholder management
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Interface effectively with cross-functional team members providing timely and accurate information
