How can you make an impact?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance, finance, or healthcare sectors, with a basic understanding of UX principles in digital channel behavior analysis,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis methodologies,
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data analysis and modeling tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, or similar),
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable dashboarding and reporting tools,
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customer data structures, with the ability to generate data-driven insights,
  • Experience in customer experience management, including customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and NPS / CSAT / VoC methodologies, with proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations,
  • Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

What do we expect you to bring?

  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys by analyzing critical touchpoints, customer feedback, and satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Develop data-driven customer segmentations and personalized communication strategies by analyzing comprehensive customer and CRM data
  • Translate customer experience insights into actionable recommendations and business cases, including modeling financial impacts such as churn, cost, and revenue loss
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Digital Health, Operations, and Medical teams to identify CX needs and support new service and product development initiatives
  • Define, track, and report customer experience KPIs; build and enhance dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across CRM and operational systems; integrate and validate data from multiple sources
  • Develop, maintain, and backtest analytical and statistical models (e.g., regression, clustering) to support customer behavior and performance analysis
