They are hiring experienced Software Engineers to join as founding members of the engineering team, playing a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling a production-grade LLM-powered product used by their customers.

This opportunity offers significant technical ownership, influence over architecture, and close collaboration with the founding team. The role is based On-Site in Oslo, Norway.

Core Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Software Engineering
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL
• Proven track record of shipping production code in shared codebases
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining LLM-based applications over time
• Experience with agentic systems, multi-step workflows, or tool-using agents
• Solid full-stack engineering fundamentals and product mindset

Agentic & Workflow Experience

• Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and LangGraph is highly valued
• If you haven’t used these directly, experience with durable execution or workflow systems such as Temporal or DBOS is a strong positive
• Comfort working with long-running tasks, orchestration, and stateful workflows
