I’m partnered with a high-growth, award-winning global research and advisory business that’s bringing core product engineering in-house and investing heavily in modern, AI-enabled digital platforms.

This role sits within a growing Product Development team and focuses on owning and evolving customer-facing React applications, including a client portal, new product experiences, and embedded AI features.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high-quality, customer-facing React applications
• Translate designs and wireframes into scalable, reusable components
• Take ownership of an externally built React portal and bring it fully in-house
• Integrate authentication and permissioning for a seamless user experience
• Work closely with backend and AI teams to embed semantic search and conversational UI
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and security best practices
• Contribute to front-end architecture and long-term platform direction

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ front end development experience
• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with modern front-end patterns, component libraries, and state management
• Exposure to cloud-hosted applications (Azure preferred)
• Interest or experience in AI-driven UI/UX
• Comfortable working in evolving, product-led engineering teams
