ITSM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled ITSM Engineer for one of our clients. In this exciting opportunity, you will have the responsibility to design, develop, and maintain scalable IT service management solutions to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software and web applications tailored for IT service management.
• Optimize and analyze existing software applications to enhance performance and scalability.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code to support business needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve programming issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages and software development.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Passion for creating scalable and reliable IT solutions.

Language skills:

German required, English is an advantage.
