Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 + 10% performance bonus

Your Role in a Nutshell

The Human Resource & TA Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and organizational development. This role ensures that the company fosters a positive work environment, aligns HR practices with business objectives, and complies with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.

Screening and Interviewing:

• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Employer Branding:

• Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.

Onboarding Support:

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Provide feedback on recruitment metrics to improve processes.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
