This is a 2 years contract hire.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead regular delivery cadences and progress reviews to track milestones, identify risks, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to manage dataset onboarding, system integration, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage system security and compliance requirements, including System Security Plans, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and IT audits.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure timely user onboarding and access provisioning for data products in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Plan, prepare, and support key programme and stakeholder meetings to drive delivery outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by automating tracking, simplifying reporting, and standardising workflows.
  • Track programme metrics and delivery KPIs such as dataset onboarding rates, automation coverage, and adoption levels, and prepare reporting for leadership.
  • Oversee vendor management activities, including contract tracking, deliverable validation, and performance monitoring, to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, decision logs, and deliverables to support governance and audit requirements.


Requirements


  • 5–7 years of experience in project or programme management, preferably in data, technology, or public-sector environments.
  • Prior experience building dashboards and experience in SQL.
  • Experience with security and compliance processes (e.g. VAPT, System Security Plan, IT audits) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with data or analytics platforms such as AWS Redshift, SageMaker, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
