Job Purpose
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancements of Lockton’s core business technology platforms for People Solutions teams around Asia. The role supports end-to-end project delivery, which includes gathering and analysing user requirements across countries, liaising with partners and vendors, and championing these technology platforms through change management and issue resolution.
Job Description, Key Tasks and Measurements
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for assigned business technology platforms, including enhancements, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Partner with platform users across Asia to gather, document and analyse requirements, support testing and troubleshooting, and ensure solutions meet agreed needs when rolling out to the region.
- Manage release and change activities by coordinating communications, driving user adoption, and providing guidance, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and influence ongoing platform enhancements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure user satisfaction, effective adoption, and long-term engagement.
Qualification and Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally within SaaS, platform rollouts, or technology-enabled initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations, system rollouts, or onboarding projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and delivery timelines.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of insurance or InsurTech is beneficial, but not essential.
