- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, Sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage multiple Sprint teams and proactively handle dependencies between them
- Provide resources and support to enable teams to deliver working software regularly
- Track team velocity and communicate Sprint/release progress
- Identify and remove impediments to help the team achieve their Sprint goals
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, including retrospectives and sprint planning
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Agile experience within a multi-team organization
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
- Experience working with distributed, virtual teams
