What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, Sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Manage multiple Sprint teams and proactively handle dependencies between them
• Provide resources and support to enable teams to deliver working software regularly
• Track team velocity and communicate Sprint/release progress
• Identify and remove impediments to help the team achieve their Sprint goals
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, including retrospectives and sprint planning
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Agile experience within a multi-team organization
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
• Experience working with distributed, virtual teams
