A Swoon client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Project Management Analyst / Project Coordinator to support key initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

This role will provide analytical and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO) and work cross-functionally to ensure projects are properly planned, documented, and executed from initiation through production.

📍 Location

Remote, with strong preference for candidates located in or near Skaneateles, NY (NY0300)

(Ability to work onsite as needed is highly preferred)


💰 Compensation

  • $55/hour (W2)


📆 Contract Duration

  • 1-year contract, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and project support under minimal supervision
  • Support Project and Program Review meetings, including:
  • Information gathering across multiple projects
  • Meeting coordination and logistics
  • Documentation of meeting minutes and action items
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Project Plans aligned with New Product Development (NPD) processes
  • Drive consistent use of Project Management methodologies across projects
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the PMO
  • Support planning sessions as a documentation lead and/or workstream lead
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organization


✅ Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or PMO support
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems and regulated environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accountability


🎓 Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Electronics
  • Software
  • Testing
  • Requirements definition
  • Manufacturing / Engineering
  • Experience in medical devices, FDA-regulated, or other highly regulated industries
  • Agile (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification is a plus
