Senior User Interface Engineer

Job Title: Senior Interface Engineer – External | Major Projects

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interface Engineer to manage and coordinate all external interfaces between the Project, EPCC Contractors, third-party stakeholders, and authorities. The role ensures alignment of project scope, schedule, and contractual requirements while proactively managing risks, approvals, and dependencies to avoid delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate external interface activities

• Conduct coordination meetings with EPCC & authorities

• Manage external tie-ins, documentation, and approvals

• Monitor schedule, risks, and critical path activities

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality & regulatory standards

• Maintain Interface Register and prepare progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience (3–5 years in major projects)

• Strong experience with external stakeholders, EPC/EPCC coordination & regulatory approvals
