Senior User Interface Engineer

Job Title: Senior Interface Engineer – Internal | Major Projects

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interface Engineer to manage and coordinate all internal project interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The role ensures smooth integration between project teams, drives alignment with scope and schedules, resolves interface issues, and mitigates risks to avoid delays or rework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal interface activities

• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning teams

• Conduct coordination meetings and ensure timely delivery of interface milestones

• Monitor schedules, risks, and critical path activities

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, and project governance standards

• Maintain Internal Interface Register & support reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience (3–5 years in major projects)

• Strong experience in internal coordination, EPC/EPCC environments, and risk management
