Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) based on UX research.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize design concepts.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.
- Implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and design technologies.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years exp. as a UI/UX designer with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in UI/UX design roles is advantageous.
- Certifications or courses in UI/UX design are beneficial.
- Ability to translate user needs into compelling design solutions effectively.
