About our Engineering Team

Complex problems, exceptional challenges, and a direct impact on the happiness of over 1500 businesses. Engineering is an integral part of our company - and we have big ambitions. There are many interesting challenges ahead, and you’d be able to work directly with anyone across the company. Some of us have worked in growth-stage companies; some have only ever worked in startups; others are former consultants. What You’ll Be Involved In

● Providing technical support to customers and internal teams, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues across our platform.

● Investigating and reproducing bugs, escalating them to engineering with clear, actionable context.

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Ops, Product) to ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues.

● Maintaining detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.

● Supporting continuous improvement by identifying recurring problems and proposing preventative solutions.

● Assisting in monitoring system performance and raising alerts when abnormalities occur.

● Understanding our APIs, integrations, platform behaviours, and common edge cases to support customers effectively.

● Participating in on-call rotations for critical incidents (with support and guidance from senior engineers).


You Should Apply If:

● You have strong experience troubleshooting modern web applications and APIs (Preferably 2–4+ years).

● You are comfortable reading and understanding logs, error traces, and system behaviour.

● You have working knowledge of Typescript , NextJs or NestJs

● You understand AWS fundamentals (you don’t need to be an expert).

● You excel at communicating complex technical issues in clear, simple language.

● You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

● You are excellent at problem-solving and remain calm under pressure.

● You have familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, and monitoring platforms (Datadog, CloudWatch, Sentry, etc.).

● You’re comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis and workflows.

● Bonus: You have experience or interest in blockchain or fintech systems.
