- Ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring timely & high-quality deliveries.
- Project/Program Management: Manages all phases of the project from definition through clinical evaluation and/or launch. Responsible for establishing team operational goals, developing timeline/schedule to achieve operational goals, and operating budget required to achieve goals.
