.NET Developer – Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 + bonus
Hybrid/Location: 2 days in Central Manchester Office, 3 days WFH

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using C# .NET.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver features that matter.
- Contribute to technical decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and support good implementation practices.
- Take part in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and effective, supporting the platform’s growth and performance.
- Help drive best practices in system design, test automation, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in C# .NET (Framework & Core), with a focus on high-quality code.
- Knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL, events) and API versioning.
- Experience with system documentation (C4/UML), application monitoring, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and database design.
- Agile development mindset, with experience in high-performance, low-latency engineering.
- Experience with WinForms and modern SDLC practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
