This role offers the chance to work collaboratively across product, development and stakeholder teams, shaping experiences from discovery through to delivery.

The Role

As UX Designer, you will play a key role in defining and improving user journeys across digital products and platforms. You’ll balance user needs with business objectives, using research, testing and design thinking to inform decisions and create meaningful experiences.

This role suits someone who enjoys owning UX work end-to-end, contributing ideas and working closely with others in a hybrid environment.

  • Creating user journeys, personas, wireframes and prototypes
  • Translating research and requirements into clear UX solutions
  • Collaborating with developers, product managers and stakeholders
  • Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions where needed
  • Iterating designs based on user feedback, testing and data
  • Ensuring usability, accessibility and best-practice UX standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer (in-house, agency or product)
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Experience conducting and applying user research
  • Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting UX decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

  • UI design skills or experience working closely with UI teams
  • Experience working on complex digital products or platforms
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven design
  • Exposure to Agile or Lean UX methodologies

What You’ll Get

  • Hybrid working (Sheffield-based office)
  • Competitive salary
  • Supportive, collaborative working environment
  • Opportunities for learning, development and career progression
  • Involvement in meaningful, user-focused digital projects

Why This Role Stands Out

This is an opportunity to join a company that values user-centred thinking and gives UX a genuine voice in decision-making. You’ll have the chance to influence products from early discovery through to launch, while maintaining flexibility through hybrid working.
