What We’re Hiring

You will work across payments operations, collaborating with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to improve processes and performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Optimise operations and implement process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Support the development of new payment products and features.
• Use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to track performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in payments or product operations, process optimisation.
• Solid knowledge of payment systems, workflows, and regulations.
• Track record of driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Skilled in collaborating with Product and Technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
