Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of integrated creative projects within a fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in project management who is organised, process-driven, and confident managing multiple workstreams while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple creative workstreams
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope
• Support client communications across email and meetings
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resourcing
• Identify potential risks and escalate issues when required
• Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation within project management systems
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Project Management role (ideally 1+ years)
• Experience using Synergist is highly desirable; experience with other CRM or project management systems is also acceptable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work from home as part of a hybrid working model
• Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 are desirable
