Project Manager

Contract Project Manager : Up to £600 inside IR35 : 6 months (rolling) : London hybrid

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a discovery phase to assess the introduction of a task management and communication colleague app.

The focus is on setting the project up end-to-end: forming the working group, running the RFP, shaping the business case, defining MVP and phasing, and working with Technology to understand system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase, establishing scope, timelines and governance
• Form and coordinate a cross-functional project team
• Run the RFP process and support vendor evaluation
• Build the business case, MVP definition and phased delivery plan
• Work closely with Technology to assess integration and delivery approach
• Manage stakeholders across product, tech and the wider business

Experience Required

• Project Manager with experience delivering discovery or RFP-led initiatives
• Comfortable working in tech-enabled, agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience translating business needs into clear, deliverable plans
• Able to hit the ground running and operate with minimal supervision
