Contract Project Manager : Up to £600 inside IR35 : 6 months (rolling) : London hybrid
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a discovery phase to assess the introduction of a task management and communication colleague app.
The focus is on setting the project up end-to-end: forming the working group, running the RFP, shaping the business case, defining MVP and phasing, and working with Technology to understand system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase, establishing scope, timelines and governance
- Form and coordinate a cross-functional project team
- Run the RFP process and support vendor evaluation
- Build the business case, MVP definition and phased delivery plan
- Work closely with Technology to assess integration and delivery approach
- Manage stakeholders across product, tech and the wider business
Experience Required
- Project Manager with experience delivering discovery or RFP-led initiatives
- Comfortable working in tech-enabled, agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience translating business needs into clear, deliverable plans
- Able to hit the ground running and operate with minimal supervision
