Our forward thinking agency client are looking for a super organised and proactive Project Manager to join their talented, tight-knit team. This exciting role sits at the very heart of their operations, ensuring they deliver exceptional work with speed, precision, and creativity. You'll need to be someone with a strong sense of urgency and drive to get things done — without compromising on quality.

In a nutshell 🥜

• Be the main point of contact for daily client communications
• Create project budgets and draft scopes of work
• Assign tasks to internal teams and manage project timelines
• Ensure client needs are met while staying on budget
• Use project management tools to monitor hours, plans, and expenditures
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Manage and record project expenses
• Arrange global travel and accommodation
• Set up budgets and raise invoices within our project management tool
• Oversee internal resourcing and creative planning

What we’re looking for

• A love of sport!
• 3+ years of proven agency experience in a project management role
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working in a creative environment and understanding the creative process
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team
• Knowledge of social media
• Educated to degree level (Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or Agile PM is a bonus)
