About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PaaS DevOps Engineer to join a federal government team. You will work closely with development teams to design, deploy, and maintain secure, automated environments using modern Infrastructure as Code practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms using Kubespray and Kustomize
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Implement observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Configure Web Application Firewalls (Apache Proxy with mod_security or AWS WAF)
- Automate deployments with Ansible and manage Linux systems (Ubuntu)
- Infrastructure as Code deployment onto Kubernetes
- Strong scripting skills with Ansible
- CI/CD platform experience (GitLab)
- Knowledge of observability tooling
- WAF configuration skills
- Linux administration
