The Role


Bookipi is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead one of a number of new products for our global platform. Bookipi has continued to double its growth year after year and we need your skills to continue to scale.

This is a unique opportunity to own your product from day one!

You will oversee all of your product’s needs from development to release. In conjunction with the leadership team you will execute on the product strategy. You will gather data, create product roadmaps, and work with developers and marketing to launch your products. You will take ownership of the success of your product.

We are a Remote First company and allow full Work From Home.

Key Actions & Duties


  • Product Discovery:


  1. Lead the product discovery process, identifying customer needs and market opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features based on user feedback and data analysis.
  3. Conduct competitive analysis and be update to date with industry trends to inform product strategy.


  • Scrum Product Management:


  1. Oversee the end-to-end product development cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Work as a cross-functional team with engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment with the product vision.
  3. Apply agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and facilitate agile ceremonies.


  • Team Leadership:


  1. Facilitate communication and collaboration within your team and with stakeholders.
  2. Drive team performance, setting clear goals and OKRs, and providing regular feedback.


  • Stakeholder Management:


  1. Act as the primary point of contact between your team and stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management.
  2. Regularly present product roadmaps, progress updates, and strategic insights to stakeholders.


Skill & Experience Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Digital Product Manager in a tech or startup environment.
  • Significant experience with customer-facing products, demonstrating an understanding of user needs and market dynamics.
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective product delivered in the past
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle. You will take a product from inception to launch and be responsible for the continued growth and monetisation of the product.
  • Experience leading an Agile team and a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Familiarity with Agile tools (such as JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana)
  • Experience with user research and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with Amplitude or a similar user tracking platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent team player
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
