At ddynamics.ai, we help businesses work faster, smarter, and more human through automation and AI. Our Machine Learning team builds intelligence — and now we’re expanding into a new area: Workflow Automation.

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Workflow Developer / Automation Engineer who can transform customer requests into intelligent, value-oriented automations. You’ll be responsible for building smart, connected workflows — from prototype to deployment — using the right tools for each case (n8n, Zapier, Pipedream, Python, custom APIs, and more).

This is a role for a builder and future leader: someone ready to start independently, own this area, and later build and lead their own automation team.

🌟 Your Mission

• Understand client needs and design automated workflows that generate real business value.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end automations using n8n, Zapier, Pipedream, or custom solutions.
• Build internal automations for ddynamics.ai (invoicing, lead gathering, reporting, data enrichment, etc.).
• Integrate APIs and LLMs to connect intelligent AI components with practical workflows.
• Create data pipelines, web scrapers, and process automations that power our “AI mini-tools.”
• Collaborate closely with our Machine Learning team to connect models with real business operations.
• Grow the Workflow Automation area and hire future team members as demand scales.

🧠 What You Bring

Core Skills (Required):

• Automation Platforms: Hands-on experience with n8n or similar tools (Zapier, Pipedream, Make, etc.).
• Programming: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and extending workflows.
• Data Wrangling: Proven experience cleaning, transforming, and organizing messy or unstructured datasets.
• LLM Integration: Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and basic prompt engineering to build AI-powered automations.

Nice to Have:

• Web Scraping: Experience with tools such as BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Playwright, or Apify, and knowledge of HTML, DOM, and JavaScript. Ability to handle dynamic content and avoid bot detection.
• Experience with Docker for containerized workflows.
• Knowledge of microservice development or building custom APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to think creatively about how automation creates value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — eager to build something from scratch.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to experiment with new tools.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
