Tasks
- You carry out ad-hoc analyses and evaluations with the EPI-USE Query Manager based on SAP HCM data
- You support and further develop operational HR reporting (e.g. headcount, absences, key figures)
- You are the contact and service point for internal departments within Austrian Airlines for HR-related data and reporting requests
- You create regular reports for HR controlling and provide support with standardized evaluations
- You prepare analytical evaluations on specific HR issues (ad-hoc and periodic)
- You support the HR management team and the HR business partners in data-based decision-making
- You ensure data quality, plausibility and consistency in reports and evaluations
- You document reports, logics and recurring evaluations
- You work closely with HR departments, HR IT and interface partners

- You have a degree or comparable training in the field of business informatics, business administration, HR management (data/analytics-related focus)
- You are experienced in HR reporting, ideally with SAP HCM
- You demonstrate very good knowledge of EPI-USE Query Manager or comparable SAP reporting tools
- You can confidently handle HR data (master data, time management, absences, etc.)
- You convince with analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- You communicate with internal customers in a service- and solution-oriented manner
- You work independently, carefully and reliably
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
