Your Responsibilities
- Drive the technical direction and architectural decisions of the development team
- Implement and refine microservices-based solutions
- Mentor and coach developers (code reviews, pair programming, growth discussions)
- Identify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt
- Improve quality through CI/CD, test coverage, observability, security, and reliability
- Strong development experience (10+ years), including at least 4 years as a Senior Developer
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot stack
- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture (service separation, API contracts, resilience, event-driven architecture)
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design, Clean Architecture, and testing strategies
- Ability to clearly justify technical decisions and communicate them to business stakeholders
- Strong prioritization and systematic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Estonian language
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Experience with process orchestrators (Camunda, Flowable)
- Enjoys collaboration, giving constructive feedback, and sharing knowledge
