Your Focus
Analytics & Strategy
- Lead advanced marketing analytics across channels (SEM, SEO & AIO, CRM, Affiliate, Social) to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Deliver strategic recommendations supporting marketing and business planning.
- Act as a key analytics partner for marketing leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop automated Power BI dashboards and improve analytical workflows.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines between the data warehouse and analytics platforms.
- Provide clear reporting on customer behavior, funnel performance, segmentation, attribution, campaigns, and ROI.
- Ensure data accuracy in partnership with data engineering, data governance, and IT.
- Collaborate with Risk, Data Warehouse, and Data Science teams on shared analytical projects.
- Conduct segmentation, customer base analysis, LTV modeling, churn insights, and behavioral analytics.
- Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments to guide strategy.
- Evaluate media investments and attribution models to maximize return on marketing spend.
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
- Represent Marketing Analytics in squad- and tribe-level forums.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote analytical best practices.
- Identify new tools, methodologies, and data sources to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Stay current on industry, technology, and market trends.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or similar analytical roles.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other data-driven industries is an advantage.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (MSSQL, BigQuery).
- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, M) and data visualization.
- Python or R knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution models, and ROI analysis.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
- Latvia & Lithuania: The salary range is €3,500 to €4,000 gross monthly. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
