We’re seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Marketing Data Analyst to strengthen our Marketing Analytics team and drive data-powered decision-making across our markets. You will enhance acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle initiatives while providing full visibility into marketing performance.

Your Focus

Analytics & Strategy

  • Lead advanced marketing analytics across channels (SEM, SEO & AIO, CRM, Affiliate, Social) to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations supporting marketing and business planning.
  • Act as a key analytics partner for marketing leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

Reporting & Data Infrastructure

  • Develop automated Power BI dashboards and improve analytical workflows.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines between the data warehouse and analytics platforms.
  • Provide clear reporting on customer behavior, funnel performance, segmentation, attribution, campaigns, and ROI.

Data Quality & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure data accuracy in partnership with data engineering, data governance, and IT.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Data Warehouse, and Data Science teams on shared analytical projects.

Customer Analytics & Experimentation

  • Conduct segmentation, customer base analysis, LTV modeling, churn insights, and behavioral analytics.
  • Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments to guide strategy.
  • Evaluate media investments and attribution models to maximize return on marketing spend.

Communication & Leadership

  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Represent Marketing Analytics in squad- and tribe-level forums.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote analytical best practices.

Innovation

  • Identify new tools, methodologies, and data sources to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Stay current on industry, technology, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or similar analytical roles.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or other data-driven industries is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (MSSQL, BigQuery).
  • Expertise in Power BI (DAX, M) and data visualization.
  • Python or R knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution models, and ROI analysis.

Soft Skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written).

This role is open to candidates in multiple locations across the Baltics, and compensation is aligned with local market standards.

  • Latvia & Lithuania: The salary range is €3,500 to €4,000 gross monthly. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
  • Estonia: Salary details will be discussed during the hiring process, based on your experience and the role’s scope.
