About The Role
Are you a senior full stack developer or hands-on tech lead ready to grow into a broader strategic role? We are looking for a Tech Principal with strong technical roots, especially in mobile development, to steer the future of our key portfolio areas and ensure our clients' needs align with our technology development.
This is a hybrid role where you spend roughly 80% of your time in hands-on development and architecture, while the remaining 20% is dedicated to supporting sales and developing our service offerings. We are seeking someone who delivers top-tier technical solutions and is also eager to proactively participate in the sales process. Experience in a consulting environment is a significant advantage.
As a Tech Principal, you act as a trusted advisor to key account leads, internal teams, and clients. You help them make sound architectural decisions and ensure our full cross-competence offering in tech, design, data, and advisory is leveraged for portfolio growth.
What Helps You Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in building and shipping production-grade code. You have a wide understanding of different mobile technologies, including both native and cross-platform solutions like React Native and Flutter.
Your expertise also covers modern front-end and backend frameworks, cloud ecosystems, and AI. You have a proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing digital products such as web portals, mobile apps, and eCommerce platforms.
You are comfortable navigating both technical depth and big-picture thinking. You enjoy solving challenges with others across disciplines and value effective communication.
Fluency in both Finnish and English is expected for this role.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits. For this role, the on-target compensation varies between 6321-9831€ on a monthly basis depending on the career level.

- Technical interview (120 min, preferably live, or Google Meet) A deep dive into your technical skills with two of our developers. You can bring your own code to discuss or complete one of our pre-assignments of your choice. We’ll review your problem-solving approach and previous projects together.
- Role, expectations & projects interview (60 min, live or Google Meet) A conversation focusing on your potential role, expectations, and upcoming projects. This interview is typically with your potential supervisor and a Principal-level team member.
