Responsibilities
- Product Re-design and PMF Validation :Diagnose issues in the current product, with a focus on areas such as onboarding experience, operational efficiency, transaction compliance, and marketing/customer acquisition.Re-design the core seller-side product line, including but not limited to: the Seller Operations Workbench, Inquiry Management/Quotation System, Content Marketing Tools, Data Analytics, and Reporting, to match the European sellers' demands for precision, high compliance, and efficiency.Lead the Product-Market Fit (PMF) validation in the European market, ensuring the new product ecosystem effectively serves high-value European merchants through rapid iteration and metric tracking.
- Localization and Differentiated Customization:Deeply investigate the specific needs of European merchants (especially SMEs and brand owners) in areas like multi-channel management, local logistics/warehousing, tax compliance, payment habits, and customer service, and translate these into concrete product features.Ensure all product designs strictly adhere to European local business norms and legal regulations.
- AI and Technology Leverage:Spearhead the application of AI technology in seller products, such as AI-powered intelligent quotation, multi-lingual content generation, seller credit/qualification assessment, and Customer Relationship Management integration, to enhance European sellers' operational efficiency and customer acquisition conversion rate.Efficiently integrate the existing mature backend capabilities of Alibaba.com, performing necessary secondary development and interface customization to support the European front-end products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with successful product experience in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce platform seller/supplier side.
- 3+ years of team management experience, with successful cases of leading product teams through large-scale product re-design or platform transformation.
- Profound and verifiable practical experience with B2B business processes, digital pain points of SMEs, and local compliance (such as taxation, data security) in developed European markets.
- Product experience successfully applying AI or complex technologies to empower merchants and enhance efficiency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills in English.
