- Scale & Align: Connect the dots between strategy, operations, and delivery—keeping everyone focused on what matters most
- Drive Continuous Evolution: Lead retrospectives that spark creativity, champion experimentation, and embed a culture of relentless improvement
- Measure Impact: Track progress and communicate success stories that inspire the entire organization
You’re a trailblazer who thrives in complexity and loves turning big ideas into tangible results.
- Several years hands-on experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Chapter Lead
- A track record of leading agile transformations that deliver measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and the ability to adapt them to real-world challenges
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at team, cluster and organizational level
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and change
- Scrum Master certification (CSM® or PSM I) is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our office locations
